Hellraiser DVD

I'm currently searching for the Hellraiser tin as a present for my girlfriend for X-Mas. At the moment it looks like my chances are pretty slim of ever finding this thing anymore. I did however manage to find another Hellraiser DVD which appeared to have the same extras as the one in the tin (Barker commentary, interviews) but it said the movie was in full screen. Is this right? Is the movie also in widescreen on this same disc? I'd trully appreaciate any info anyone could give me on this.

The tin has WIDESCREEN and FULLSCREEN for Hellraiser I and II, hope that helps.

As far as I can remember, the only DVD with commentary is the new Anchor Bay special edition. So at least you're in luck there.

And as far as the tin goes, unless you really wanted the tin I'd go with the two separate releases.

Not only are they the same discs, but unlike the ones in the tin they actually have artwork and keeper cases. They're probably cheaper too.

Trust me, the extra $20 for a scratched up tin that never closes and a crappy photo book are not worth it...

What I have found is the special edition DVD for the first movie (the one I really want, seeing that I haven't watched part 2 yet), and on the back, there is only mention of a full screen presentation. I've just been looking over the back of my Evil Dead 2 DVD, as well as AOD, and both mention that they have full screen and widescreen. So I'm really wondering if the special edition is indeed in widescreen.

You know, when I purchased 'The Beyond' tin I was a bit disappointed. The extras were great but the DVD came in a CD case!
