I was killing time looking at different titles at GameStop yesterday; of course, THIS is the title that I was looking at when my wife came in.

This looks like a rental at best.

If that. It's complete mindless guilty pleasure, and I know a lot of people will hate it. But it's tough for me to not get behind a game as ridiculous as this one... and the price does help things a bit.

I'm not sure how the Wii version controls but I really hope that you don't swing the remote for every attack, because your damn arm will fall off before you beat the game.

Alex Riviello, I find the game to be very entertaining...a bloody, good time can be had by all. It's too bad that the Onechanbara film didn't also get a US release day and date with the game.

Jacob Singer, TeamXbox gave such a low rating as...Onchanbara BSS is really an 80's era hack n' slash, that revels in copious amounts of blood and flying zombie limbs. Sure, the game didn't have much of a budget, and the visuals are a little blurry, but that is all part of the charm.

Alex Riviello, Onechanbara is not mindless, it is a fun hack n' slash just like in the glory days of 2d where the concept was king...the 80's. Also, there is no such thing as a...guilty pleasure. You either enjoy something or you do not. The dress up mode seems like a good concept as, you choose what you want your gal to wear...it is not something to get embarassed about.

My wife's friend came over while I was playing and they sat there watching me chop zombies to bits with a teenage girl who was in her panties.
