So what happened to George and AJ, the attendants from Shady Oaks who were trying to take Carl Fredrickson away the day he attached balloons to his house and took off for South America? And how did Carl's escapade impact otherly elderly residents of the city? This wonderful, very roughly animated short takes a different view of what happened during the events of Up.

I lost all respect for Devin when I saw "Up."

Why, it was a terrific review of one of the best films of the year? Are you being silly? Have you taken a funny turn?

I lost all respect for Glen Manning when he implied he didn't like"Up"

I didn't hate Up, and I didn't love it. Like most movies, it was insanely overrated. I enjoyed some parts of the movie immensely, while I felt the third act seemed tacked on. I felt the exact same way about Wall-E

When someone says something is over-rated, I think they're reaction to the hype/reviews rather than the movie itself. The ending was not tacked on.
"Overrated" is a meaningless opinion like "stupid" or "pretentious".

It's funny to me that Glen Manning would continue viewing Devin's website material after losing respect for him, especially about the movie "Up." And it's even more ridiculous that Manning would watch this short and comment when he didn't like Devin or "Up" to begin with. If you have nothing important to say, than don't say it at all.

Thanks for posting that Devin. I love Pixar's short films, but that one was really funny. Thanks!

Pixar rules! Their the only studio out there right now that manages to produce films that dults and kids enjoy and that actually tell a strory instead of fart jokes. I must admit I didn't like the last third of "Up", though. Seemed a little pointless and loud. Personally, I think "Wall-E" was the better movie, but "Up"'s first 20 minutes are just so amazingly beautiful and well structured that it deserves its "instant classic" status.
...btw, sould Pixar qualify as a studio, or what exactly are they?
