Last week we saw the first photos of Robert Downey, Jr. in character as Sherlock Holmes for the early days of shooting on Guy Ritchie's upcoming take on the character. (Based on a recent comic book adaptation, and oriented slightly more towards action than your usual Basil Rathbone film.)

Now JustJared has more pics from the set of Sherlock Holmes, and they show Jude Law in character as Dr. Watson. Dashing, in a studious sort of way. That's all I got. Looking forward to the first footage; with the greatness of Holmes and the X factor of Ritchie, I have no idea what to expect. (Or, more to the point, I have a very good idea of what to expect, but I'm willing Ritchie to transcend that, and I'm determined not to make any binding assumptions.)
