Here's a quick follow-up on Russ' recent story about the Heavy Metal movie and who might be directing segments: it ain't Guillermo del Toro.
How do I know this? I got it from the man himself. His email, written with admirable terseness, simply says:
No Heavy Metal for me.
So we can take that one off the del Toro plate, which is already bursting with projects as it is.
It's official: he's not doing the cartoon.
