No, it's not Aint It Cool The Movie. It's Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes. Remember the rumor that Crowe was playing Watson, which was struck down by Ritchie himself? Ritchie didn't totally rule Crowe out of the film altogether, though, and El Mayimbe at Latino Review says that he's hearing the Aussie is in the film after all... playing Moriarty, the evil adversary of Holmes.
Now that's good casting, if true. Crowe makes for a damn good villain, and I could see him being a very serious threat to Robert Downey Jr.
So who is Watson? El Mayimbe reports that Gerard Butler turned the part down, so Ritchie is still looking. Maybe he can get the real Moriarty, Drew McWeeny, and make this whole thing super fucking meta.
