Fangoria dropped a few tidbits from Dimension Extreme/Genius Products' upcoming dvd lineup, revealing that Argento's Mother of Tears will finally be hitting stores on September 23rd, and Feast 2: Sloppy Seconds will come out October 21st, which is the day the new 3-disc collector's edition of Rob Zombie's Halloween will hit as well.
Wait, what?
3 discs? How much pain can one man take? Fangoria hasn't revealed many details besides the fact that there will be a four-and-a-half-hour long (!) documentary about the making of the film included.
Holy self indulgence Myers! Like most sane individuals I absolutely detested the film (as did Jeremy, Devin, and Nick) But that's almost insane enough to make me want to pick it up. Especially considering how fantastic the feature-length 30 Days In Hell: The Making Of The Devil's Rejects was.
But that's quite the running time. Let's just hope it's warts and all... I'd love to see more about the reshoots and other problems Zombie ran into.
