Last night I was on the set of The Fast and the Furious 4 (currently known as just Fast and Furious - they ain't got time for no 'The'), and Paul Walker dropped some hints about his upcoming reteaming with Running Scared director Wayne Kramer. Or more specifically their reteamingS.
Walker and Kramer are getting together at the end of this year to work on a movie; Walker is keeping mum on the exact details, but when I asked him if the film would be as crazy as Running Scared, Walker said 'The third act is going to make Running Scared look like Romper Room.' Wow. That's making a pretty big promise, since Running Scared was fucking nuts.
He also said that they'll be getting back together yet again in the first quarter of 2009, when they shoot the Lucifer movie that Kramer has been chatting up for a couple of years. Waker says that he will be playing the Prince of Darkness reborn, the Anti-Christ. And he's excited about it - he had a real twinkle in his eye when he told me his role.
