The video interviews continue! Hawaii is but a sweet memory to me now, but these video interviews bring back the feeling of being hungover in paradise. Oh, that first Mai Tai of the morning.
This time I get double teamed by Forgetting Sarah Marshall director Nick Stoller and producer and Hollywood Comedy Don Judd Apatow. This was actually the very last interview I did this day and you'll note that I have not gotten any better at it whatsoever. I even step on Nick Stoller's Muppet penis joke. The only reason this isn't called Amateur Hour is because it would take fifty six more minutes to be an hour! For Stoller not getting his jokes stepped on, check out his hilarious Die Hard-tinged blog entry here.
Enjoy the interview, and you'll very soon be seeing Jason Segel and Bill Hader getting the same hot grilling from yours truly. And big thanks to Jeremy Butler, who's been kicking ass on editing these things.

I wanted to watch the interview, but I'm besieged by this goddamn beeping sound every two seconds. my pop up blocker is on, and i can't find an ad on the site that is producing it. is my computer fucked, or am i just going insane? how can i stop the beeping?

I'm not having any problems with the video.

There's missing footage from at the end of this interview that involves Devin's bare ass appearing in the righthand corner of the screen. Judd Apatow starts mercilessly ramming his fist up dev's botbot for a good 5 minutes. when Apatow is finally satisfied, he signs devins bleeding asshole. Best part of the interview as it explains so much. Shame they cut it out. I hear Jeremy wanted in on some as well, but was busy getting gaped by Michael bay.

It's a banner ad at the top of the page. Refresh and it usually goes away. Then prepare to be bored with the interview and annoyed by Devin's laugh.

Devin's child like laughter is ......creepy.

Woof. You don't have a future in broadcasting. Stick to the writing.

Horrible interview skills. No joke.

It's too bad that Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a very funny movie that will probably get hammered at the box office because the previews really cannot capture the comedy.

I agree with your old editor. Where are the POV shots of Stoller licking your balls and Apatow going to brown town on Stoller? Who watches the first five minutes of that smut anyways? Also, where do you tell him that Superbad was good, but you wouldn't watch it more than once?

Wow, I had no love for Apatow, but some of the comments he made in this interview actually developed some kind of appreciation for his honesty. I like his goal of mixing drama and comedy (I always wanted to see a very cynical and dramatic film played by sincere and funny actors. No, not Jim Carrey.) I like his honesty, is what I mean.

Holy crap, Devin. Great new content. But seriously, where'd you get that shirt? Because that's just a rad shirt.

I say this as a compliment strangely, Devin is nowhere near that fat in person. You always joke about your appearance and say you are, but it's not true. What the hell is up with you appearing on screen? Seriously, I'm just confused. I guess this is why actresses are all rail thin when you meet them in person.

Fat! Fat! Fat! GOD dam you for this!

Great Interview. Also, your real life people skills are 100 percent better than I assumed. Like the format. Look forward to more.
